Mr. Feldstein is a partner in the firm's Cable Television and Telecommunications groups. His practice focuses on a wide variety of regulatory issues, including such matters as pole attachment issues, copyright and trademark, and cable television franchising, as they affect the firm's communications clients. He has handled a number of administrative litigation matters, both at the federal and state level, and he has prosecuted applications for licenses and permits for various types of communications entities. He has also been involved in complex transactions for the sale or purchase of communications assets and businesses.
Mr. Feldstein is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
