Jeff Hardin is a senior partner in Fleischman and Harding's Corporate/Securities group. He primarily represents telecommunications clients, including cable television, telephone and wireless companies, and public utility clients involved in the gas, electric and water distribution businesses, in mergers, business acquisitions/divestitures, auctions, restructurings, like-kind exchanges, strategic joint ventures, financings and other material contractual arrangements.
Mr. Hardin also represents land developers and communications service providers in "fiber-to-the-home" wired communities transactions.
Mr. Hardin is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
