Quarterly Inflation Factor -Third Quarter 2005

The FCC has released the Third Quarter 2005 Inflation Adjustment Factor for cable operators using FCC Form 1240. The Inflation Factor for the Third Quarter of 2005 is 3.31 percent (an increase over the Second Quarter 2005 inflation factor of2.57 percent). Please consult the attached Public Notice to ascertain how this Factor was calculated and how it should be used in conjunction with FCC Form 1240.
