Lead transaction counsel to a leading East Coast Spanish-language radio station network for numerous acquisitions and divestitures of radio stations along the East Coast, and related debt financings;
Lead transaction counsel for a top-10 Multiple System Operator (MSO), handling, to date, 20 acquisition, divestiture and exchange transactions valued at approximately $953 million and representing approximately 330,000 subscribers;
Represented numerous small cable operators as lead counsel in their divestitures to major MSOs; and
Represented top-50 MSO in the sale of its cable systems located coast-to-coast as part of its bankruptcy proceedings.
Represented various commercial radio companies in all aspects of their businesses, including the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of these companies.
Represented various cellular telecommunications companies, including the acquisition, disposition and restructuring of these companies.
Advised a venture capital company in all legal aspects of its business, including an $11 million merger with a public company, investments in various start-up and developing companies and capital-raising activities such as private placements.
