John Wilner is a partner in the firm's Broadcast and Cable Television groups. Mr. Wilner’s practice has included the representation of a diverse group of communications companies, including cable television system owners, a variety of middle-market radio and television stations, a mid-sized cellular telephone provider, microwave transmission companies, satellite users and radio common carriers. On their behalf, Mr. Wilner has participated in a broad variety of matters including FCC regulatory compliance and rulemakings, initial and renewal licensing, purchase and sale transactions, public and private financings, litigation and counseling.
Mr. Wilner is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia.
